They understood the needs of a small law firm and were always responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were prompt and actually launched the website ahead of schedule. Most important, they put together a logo, business cards, and a website that I'm really proud of. Their stylistic sensibilities are modern, clean, and bright, which is exactly what I wanted. We looked at several different companies and decided to work with Beam because they were so responsive and respectful. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to similar services and businesses. We spoke with Kyle first and he immediately impressed us with his knowledge and demeanor. We then worked with Kim and Scott who were a wonderful team--they kept us on schedule, they heard everything we said, they supported and guided us, and they absolutely delivered. Beam Local assigned Kimberley Petrozzi as the Production Lead, and she arranged to quickly put up a "coming soon" splash page in a few days, and guided me through the website development process over the next few weeks. The Beam Local team stayed on schedule in delivering a first draft, and was very responsive upon receiving my feedback on edits and changes I wanted to make to the website before launch. The end result was a professional looking website that could hold its own against any other law firm, large or small. I highly recommend Kimberley and the Beam Local team.
