A nice clean walking path for the entire hike, Unfortunately a LOT of trees were being cut down.

Winter: Wonderful cross country ski trails. Skiing only allowed, thankfully. All levels of ability. Summer: Some of my favourite mountain biking trails. Not super technical, but fast, flowy, and fun. 2.5 km up to 15 km and beyond.

We drove up from Durham to find snow and were very happy that the forest still had plenty for a spring like ski in January. Really well marked trails. Always a great time.

For years I skiied on these trails but moved away 12 years ago. This was first time back & I was surprised by the number of downed trees. The hike was glorious and trash free. Loved it all over again.

Very poorly marked trails. My partner and I found ourselves completely lost on the trails with no maps or directions. We had to call the OPP to be rescued. There are much better places not far from here.

Best mountain biking facility I've been to in Ontario thus far; better than Glen Major (Whitby) and Albion Hills, for example. The primary reason is how well marked the trails are and the consistent use of the colour code circle with an arrow. You never have to stop to figure out what direction to go. The trails are in great shape with the right amount of technical bits. I did the "Green C" route which takes you through the "Hogs Back" section. I did a bit of pushing here. I'd do this section again but instead take the Yellow "bypass". Also did the more compact Red route which is a better introduction. They have printed maps at the kiosk which is also a big plus. Great job County of Northumberland. Looking forward to next outing. PS if you are hungry after biking check out Yorkies BBQ on 45 just before the 401... quality eats and inexpensive.

Great winter cross-country ONLY ski trails, no grooming, but generally well laid. 2,3,4 and 6km loops, well marked and easily followed.

Great forest trails, various paths and lengths and diverse terrain as well, depending on the trail. I do the Red trail 3-4 times a week (2.6km) and it takes me about half an hour. Green Trail C is good if you want a longer trek with a very steep hill near the end. Love this place ?
