★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BYC is a special place. It is a yacht club with great assets. The harbour is safe, well protected. Racers have ample opportunity to compete regularly. Cruisers enjoy immediate access to the widest part of Lac St Louis. A little, historic stone building serves as the clubhouse set in a wonderful green space. The property is high on a hill where you can sit, easily overlooking the harbour, the lake, and weather conditions on the water. A shipwright has his workshop right on site. The club is well managed, and racing and cruising sailors are friendly and helpful. BYC is a special getaway right on the island of Montreal.
