★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going to this establishment for about 20 years and never had an issue till now. There is new management and they clearly have no idea how to treat customers. Today was our third time there under new management and they were still completely useless. The front desk area is slow and incompetent. The manager is not personable and never introduces himself. At least the forklift staff are knowledgeable and great to deal with. Today took us 40 minutes to get in and out. It should take 5. We will be using roofmart from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating experience. Made a order with rooftop delivery. When the guys showed up at 6 on Friday they just wanted to get home as fast as possible so just left the shingles on the ground saying the roof was to soft and couldn't handle to load. But they would refund me the amount for the rooftop loading. Went into the office to get my refund and they told me they would only be able to refund me $30 of the $350 delivery charges and to boot tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee on the $30. I've been coming here for 10 plus years. Take your business elsewhere guys.
