★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful owners, great environment, and delicious beer on tap! I have enjoyed each and every beer I have tried, they really have the recipe(s) for success. I work in the neighborhood and come in on a semi-regular basis and each time I get the same great, warm service...really make me feel at home. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone interested, truly a great place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to have a local Sidney craft brewery. Good range of beers. Nice space, board games, brewery in the back. Since the beers are not vegan (isinglass powder used in fining), I won't be a fan.

With 10 top quality offerings (8 beers, 1 Sour, and a refreshing Seltzer). The star of the show is their newly brewed 'Dielectric Dark Ale, a superb, rich Dark Ale with a hint of coffee/espresso in the nose, smooth, rich velvety flavor, with no bitter after taste
Kudos all around d and we look forward to their next imaginative offerings!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great brewery! It’s so awesome to finally have a brewery here in Sidney. Their beer selection is great, and it’s nice that they frequently have rotating special batches. The space is always clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s really nice that they accommodate having small kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s amazing to have a small, sustainable brewery that is owned an operated by Sidney residents. Alexa, Tristan and Steven have really gone above and beyond, building a warm and welcoming ambience to sit and imbibe in wonderful drinks, food and atmosphere. They brew all of their fantastic beer in-house and for the non-beer drinkers, they have a large selection of bottles of Valley Cider company ciders and sodas. If you’re hungry, get a tasty pizza, cooked in-house or a snack from their wide range of delicious, locally made treats.
This is a must stop, for all ages, if you’re thirsty or hungry and want to steep yourself in the essence of Sidney.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and covid safe. Great location and will be packed when the summer tourists come to town! Friendly and attentive staff and an excellent selection of beers to cover every taste. Also a small selection of local snacks. Definitely a must-stop when in and around the Sidney area!
