We disengaged the trailer brakes and called BCRV who told us to come right over. They dropped everything and the mechanic sourced the problem and fixed it. We were able to join our family at the campsite in Harrison. The team provided excellent service and were glad they could send us on our way safely. We appreciated their professional attitude, problem solving ability and genuine sincerity.

There warrenty service department employees are rude sarcastic and an outright liar when I comes down to submitting warrenty work for customers. They make judgments on innocent young buyer's, and classify them as abusive to there new trailer etc. Which is an outright lie. They didn't even submit the warrenty paperwork. They repaired the trailer when told not to, and go ahead and do it. Then charge a redicules amount for the simple work done. Don't trust the service lady. Everyone else that works There are wonderful. They may not treat everyone this way, but good luck on warrenty work done at this business. Thank you.

I bought a brand new trailer based on the salesman's assurance it would do what I wanted which was not the case. Very poor customer service and only concerned about a quick sale. Buyer beware.. The issue is the salesman; (who you decided to mention by name in your response) told us upon purchase with upgraded batteries we could run electric heat for " a couple if days" (as opposed to a few hours) which is just plain false. If that was not the case then why did i purchase upgraded batteries with the trailer in November? Was it because i didn't plan to use the trailer until the following spring-summer as it has no heat? Does that sound logical ? Trying to suggest the inverter ( which I would add has internal fuses and runs perfectly) is the issue and switching the blame to me is indicative of the response I initially received. I came in and spoke to Dale and made a very reasonable request to fix the issue in a cooperative manner which required me to spend another $1000 bucks. Your cost was going to be $650 ( on a $20 000 purchase) Unsurprisingly Dale never contacted me after stating he would talk to the owner. Does that sound fair or equitable to you ? You had an opportunity to do the right thing and you simply didn't. Suggesting anyone that knows RVs would know electric heat was not viable is exactly why I came to supposed experts that would steer me in the right direction. He knew exactly the right trailer for us. After we bought the trailer, Cherie stepped in to teach us all the things we need know to enjoy our new purchase. She's very patient and kind and a pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed with BCRV. They are the perfect sized company to work with - big enough to have the inventory but small enough so that you know everyone by name. Grateful for their ongoing help and happy we did business with them. Enjoying our BCRV travel trailer with the family this summer.

He put our needs first from day 1 & made sure he matched us to the right camper - for us & for our truck. Then he made sure our camper was in great shape for delivery. Although used, it was in mint condition. Rod took care of the finance details and everything went quickly & smoothly. Eric in the parts department was very helpful by steering us clear of accessories we didn’t need, gave tips to save money, and helped us to find the essentials. The discount was also appreciated:) Sherie in the service department was amazing as she explained (more than once) the basics of all the hook-ups and on-board equipment. She guided hubby through loading, and unloading so that he was confident doing it on his own. After delivery, when I damaged the trim on the slide, even though busy, Alice fit me in right away & Joe did a great job with the repair. He even pumped up my tires. While waiting, Buddy, a friendly little dog made me right at home! Thanks to the whole team at BCRV in Chilliwack for the exceptional service all the way through the process!
