★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not being served without on appointment is ridiculous, when I see employees helping no one. Have I paid membership fees for this type of service? Then to try to get my car insurance online to be told that I am number 47 and would I like a call back. They have made it very difficult for working people to get their insurance and is not worth any discount they give. I don’t believe I will be renewing my ‘membership’.

As far as insurance shops go, it was fine, they take your money and give you peace of mind. Customer service was polite and thanks to covid they don’t serve coffee and hot chocolate any more. :)
