It’s nice having everything done at one location. Also, like the multiple discount I get. Plus the coffee machine is fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bev in Kelowna was great. Friendly and helpful while I was in to insure two different vehicles. Unfortunately, one of the receipts was misplaced and I didn't realize until home that one was missing. So I called the office to let them know but after 50 minutes on hold, I still didn't get thru to anyone so gave up. Will have to physically go back to enquire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable service. The manager Chris as well as the driver earl where both beyond helpful. Best customer service I’ve ever had. They didn’t have to do what they did but they did anyways even tried to help fix my truck. If you don’t have bcaa I would get on it just for the service you receive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks ago I locked myself out of my car on a very cold and windy day. I had no mask ,no ID ,just my coat and gloves and my groceries were in my car! I called BCAA from a local store in Kelowna BC and within 15 minutes or so Dan was there right beside my car to help. What a relief! If they are not too busy they can come right away. I cannot recommend enough. But you have to be lucky as when they have a huge demand wait times can be longer.

We ran out of gas and thankfully he was right there to tow us to a gas station! Super friendly too! ? keep up the good work!
