★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a representative come to my home and do a presentation for me about why I should replace my existing furnace. I went ahead and purchased a new unit because mine was extremely old. The next day I had a new furnace and my home is heating much better. I also got a complimentary Walmart gift card :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom referred me to them for a replace my of my old furnace and I’m very surprised with how fast and smooth the whole process was. Within 48 hours of me calling them, they had come to do an assessment and installed a brand new Lennox furnace for me. The installers did a great job of installing and cleaning the basement up as well. I will definitely be referring them to my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I needed a new furnace and AC, I liked how there was no upfront cost, and you can pay the equipment off anytime without any penalties. The advisors were knowledgeable and friendly, I was very surprised with the turnaround time from the appointment to the installation which took only 2 days. I would highly recommend to other homeowners :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They damaged my home during the installation. They damaged my walls and floors. They didn’t seal the roof exhaust connection and we had a slow leak could hear the water coming in. They didn’t clean up after the job was done and left a huge mess for me to clean. Small sharp pieces of metal my dog could have cut himself. They promised me a rebate for the upgrade but turns out the furnace they installed didn’t qualify. Nothing but empty promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace hadn’t been performing properly, BC Standard came to my house, did an assessment and sat down with me to discuss the best options for replacing the unit. Colin was great, told me about the no upfront cost and even gave me 3 months free. 2 days after the initial conversation, we got a brand new Lennox furnace and nest smart thermostat. They also informed me about an $800 fortis rebate. I’m looking forward to having heat in the winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the friendly service. I got a new furnace and couldn’t be satisfied with the process. The advisor who helped me was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I was a little bit anxious about my old furnace and didn’t replace because i had been quoted $7-8k from other companies. The advisor told me about their program that allowed for upgrades with no upfront cost and I was very comfortable in using the program. definitely recommend these guys; now just waiting on my rebate.
