They coordinated with the Kamloops SPCA to transfer the files so we didn't have to make the trip back to Salmon Arm to get them fixed and do the adoption. Thank you again! :)

I applied for a cat from their website and all I got was a automatic confirmation of application - when I looked a week or two later she was gone. I read that they don't respond to applicants because of high applications but that's not good enough in my opinion. I've donated to the SPCA more than once and the least they could do is give some kind of status on an application. I'll be looking elsewhere with that kind of customer service.
L	Listia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience. We found a doggo on petfinders and called the branch to plan a visit. We went for 3 visits and fell in love with the pooch. The staff were very accommodating and thorough in ensuring puppers was going to the right home. The staff were very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to educate us on all they knew about le chien, as well as tips and tricks at the start of an adoption while everyone is getting to know one another. Thank you for bringing Jetty into our lives!

Great experience with this SPCA branch! Beebee is a kind friendly cat and loves to play, we both thank the staff for the adoption services.

P	Paige Erickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time we have fostered to adopt through the Shuswap SPCA and both times Victoria the manager has absolutely ruined it for us. The other volunteers and such were awesome and very friendly. Sadly (for the animals) we will not be returning. That woman should not be advocating for animals what so ever. But to anyone reading this do not let my bad experience keep you from adopting animals, we absolutely love both cats we have gotten and many dogs through the years as well but there are other places other than the Shuswap SPCA, like the Vernon or Kelowna branches or Shuswap Paws and Rescue Society.
