They are also excellent at responding to questions etc. And they are 'up' on all current issues, like the new CRA tax proposals, and communicate those issues with me - the client! I would recommend them highly.

My experience is that they conduct themselves in a professional, proactive and timely manner. Accuracy is excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Communication and ability to explain complex concepts is exceptional and appreciated.
