★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing as a 6 year tenant of the delightfully located Bayview Gardens, I would like to compliment Lesa's current in house management team and their smooth handling to date of the potential stresses & limitations brought by the worldwide viral problem.
I would particularly like to thank team member Kevin Chaisson for his pragmatic, cheerful attitude, and prompt astute appraisals of the many unpredictable circumstances presented by such a diverse grouping of buildings, contractors and tenants! Kevin seems to have acquired a wealth of building know-how and hands-on street smarts that is understated but invaluable, IMHO.
In summary - The smoothly running, efficient, clean and friendly environment built by the Realstar team has made living here a sincere pleasure. Almost like being in the Maritimes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a 4+ year resident here. I moved in just prior to Realstar taking over. I must say the prior management team, Leagh-Ann and Joel Hurley were wonderful. And now, in the last two years, we have Shirley Wilson and John Laffin as managers. They are wonderful!! The gardens, and daily operations run so smoothly, they make an apartment feeling like a perfectly comfortable home. Thank you Shirley and John. You make life comfortable and pleasant. Just what a renter is looking for.
