k	kenneth macdonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh dear, dear dear, dear! The scheduling of the staff needs a major overhaul!!!!! We have had nothing but grief regarding the times the workers arrive. There is no phone call advising us unless it is over an hour. My elderly. disabled father has sat on the toilet for up to an HOUR waiting for them to arrive. Our prearranged visit time is at 8:00pm. Sometimes they come at seven (7) and sometime they want to come at ten (10). The workers are great even though their ID tags are too small to read to call them by name. And there is no consistency whatsoever of who arrives. The only one that comes on the same day is the bath and shower fella.
D	Deanna Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use Bayshore for your medications ever! They are strictly a distributor not a public pharmacy. I’m currently taking a specialty medication and my health insurer forces me to get my medication through Bayshore until I’ve reached my bc pharacare maximum. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Management at the Surrey location takes no responsibility for your medication after they give it to a non medical courier for delivery. One of my deliveries was with the courier for 5 days before I received it. This medication must be refrigerated until use. It did come in ice packs in a cooler which after 5 days was melted and medication was at room temperature. When I call the pharmacy I was told “ it should be ok”. So after that I had to have it delivered to my work. Which is another problem since the courier that they hired dropped it off to the wrong location. I was humiliated when a co worker brought me a 2 foot by 2 foot box with bright yellow tape all over if with Bayshore pharmacy tape . With the tape and dropping it off at the wrong department the whole personal confidentiality rule sure doesn’t happen when you use Bayshore !!!!!!

In fact, they’ll put up roadblocks if they don’t like you. Hajer is an awful person to deal with. Incompetent as well. At least 60% of the orders out of this “pharmacy” have been incorrect as well.
