J	Jennifer Jolliffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of our favorite restaurants in Bayfield. We visited recently and I had one of the worse goat cheese and beet salads ever. The beets were not fresh and I couldn't even stab them with a fork. Why am I giving 4 stars? It is because of the way my complaint was handled. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I received an apology from the chef, my salad was comped and I received a complimentary delicious strawberry and rhubarb pie , along with ice cream, to go. In my experience, I have never seen a restaurant that would go so far to please a customer. I am looking forward to my next visit and I will order the goat cheese and beet salad again and I know it will be great.

At my most recent visit there was a little mixup. The staff were very quick to point out and resolve the issue and I was on my way as quickly as possible. No fuss no muss....one of my favourite spots to get food and beverage.

The Buffalo chicken sandwich is always yummy - a nice full, crispy chicken breast, dressed up with all the fixings. We also got the shaved rib eye sandwich which was really tastey. The beef was nice and juicy and had a great flavour. The winter salad, however was rather disappointing. Some of the greens were old and had gone slimy. It could of done with more dressing. It was supposed to come with goat's cheese but it had globs of cream cheese instead. And they must soak the sliced beets in water because they have no flavour at all. Sandwiches were great, salad was disappointing.

We couldn't get into any restaurants to eat because the town is so busy but your staff took the time to explain why reservations are a must. So we reserved and it was well worth the wait, the food was absolutely delicious, your staff made us feel welcome and took the time to answer ALL our questions. We will be back, thanks so much for the experience.

With a new variant, glaze balsamic it was a good combination, and as a non Canadian I’m trying every single Putin and it was ok not bad. Together with those things we ordered Perch and fries fresh and crispy fried Perfect. Cordiality and service excellent I be back .

I was happy to see that the malt vinegar wasn't in plastic packages, it came in a metal ramekins, due to covid... I can understand this. I tried all 8 beers they make in the sampler, however I'm not a huge fan of hoppy beers and I personally only enjoyed half of them. But the Belgian Whit was amazing, great light grapefruit flavor! And of course this place being in Bayfield makes it amazing as well, such an amazing setting for this place!

The food the ambiance and the employees are fantastic. Our server Natalie was awesome and checked on if we needed anything. A must try if you in the area.
