β β β β β As a vegetarian, I order the veggie combos or any of the vegetarian rolls available. As many have been pointing out in the reviews, I come here for exquisite rice seasoning. I have been to MANY sushi places, and by far Bay Sushi's rice seasoning has the "softest" or "mildest" taste...their rice just melts in your mouth without any harshness in taste...you have to try it, because words can do only so much to convince people of how something tastes...

β β β β β Worst sushi I think Iβve ever eaten. On par with 7-ELEVEN. Got half way through my first roll and had to throw everything out. Hoping I donβt get sick.
Potentially the bowls or something are better? I hate leaving a bad review but I paid $20 for a meal and canβt stomach any of it.

β β β β β This was one of the worst sushi experiences in my life. The rice was dry and tasted like it had no rice vinegar or sugar in it. The waitress was rude. We asked what she recommended and she said βTheyβre all good, what do you want?β and started pointing at all the items on the menu. Also, their minimum order is absurd. Way too much food - and we threw most of it out cause it was bland as anything.

β β β β β Nice little sushi restaurant conveniently placed next to the terminal. I'd give it 5 stars but the dynamite rolls are missing a key ingredient: avocado.

β β β β β $25 for 4 salmon & 4 tuna sashimi plus 2 small rolls Unagi was really dry & nothing so dynamite about dynamite roll. Really friendly couple running the place but I doubt I'd come back here. I feel I was gouged because these restaurants know you are waiting for a ferry so can't walk much beyond the harbour.

β β β β β Came in yesterday a couple hours before closing on Wednesday. Sushi is average. Not bad. However..
I ordered a miso soup with my sushi and it was old, burned, and smelled of melted plastic. I would wager they pre portioned out the last of the soup into containers and kept them in a warning area, which resulted in the inedible miso soup. It went straight into the trash.
Word of advice, donβt serve something you wouldnβt eat yourself. I eat fresh miso soup every morning as part of a Japanese breakfast I get at work for the last year. I know what it should taste and look like. Youβd be better off telling customers that you are out for the day then serving sub standard food.

β β β β β One of the best Japanese restaurant in metro Vancouver, the quality of the materials is unmatched. If you are into sashimi you would be able to tell that their seafood is kept in a great condition.

β β β β β Don't let the small size fool you, this is a properly good sushi spot with very reasonable prices. In particular, their spicy tuna is the best I've ever had - try it in a roll, cone, or best of all, sashimi. I've been enjoying this spot for years.
