About Batman's Cottages and Campground
Batman’s Cottages and Campground was founded by Ralph Batman in 1969. Batman’s started as a family operated campground and continues to this date as a family operated campground. Andre and Lisa purchased in 2008.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hope to return here for many more holidays.

First time campers and RV Motor Home renters. When we arrived we were greeted personally by the owners Andre and Lisa. They showed us to our site and assisted us with backing up our RV into place.
The entire campground is very well maintained and the washroom facilities were super clean. For first time campers like us this place had all the amenities.
Great Staff. We will be back again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked for three nights of tent camping at Batman's and had a great time. Our group consisted of two adults, two kids, and our dog. Our site was close to the playground and washroom. Washrooms were very clean, store was well stocked and beach was beautiful. Firewood was dry and delivered straight to your campsite. I found our campsite to be a little on the small side, fairly open and sunny but it was described appropriately on the booking site. We just set up our dining tent for extra shade. I should also note that all staff were friendly and helpful! We are already planning a return trip for next year!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andre is the best campground owner/manager I know. He stays open for our group 1 extra week every year in October and keeps the boat in the water for us.
The facilities are clean and the campground is the most beautiful on Manatouline island. Right on the water, best sunsets and sunrises I have ever seen with the fog on the water and loons. Not to mention right on the best fishing channel on the island. I highly recommend! Just don’t take my site #12

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great campground with all the amenities you need. I especially loved the sunrise and sunset beaches and I got to see both! My basic tent lot was not the best, it was surrounded by trailers and people walking through my campsite... The fire pit was just an old washing machine drum and the area was really muddy after a rainstorm. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, bringing some wood and newspaper to my campsite, so it was still a very enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent this long weekend at Batman’s. It was a fun filled weekend. The campground is very clean and has all the convenient amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The camp store was well stocked and had some very interesting souvenirs. Great hiking trails and plenty of outdoor activities to keep you in shape. They had a lawn games tournament that the campers and the staff participated in. Very well organized and so much Fun! The owners Andre and Lisa also participated in the festivities which was fantastic to see. If you need anything all you need to do is ask and they will go out of their way to provide you with a great camping experience. We will definitely be camping here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends and ourselves spent a week starting Labour Day weekend enjoying the the lakeside sites. First trip to the island, this was a great base to explore from. Campground was clean and well kept. Our sites were Fantastic, for our Trailers and kayaking on the lake was great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It’s on our list to repeat a visit.
