★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been over a year since I was in Quebec City, but Bati Bassac is deserving of an excellent review. This restaurant sets high standards for service, atmosphere, and modern Khmer cuisine.
The entree’s are presented with elegance where the flavours are unique yet still maintains authenticity. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went straight for the mains. Ask for birds eye chilly as most of the dishes (barring the first fish dish on the mains menu) lack the fire to balance the sweetness. Surprisingly the pad Thai was really good in what is otherwise adapted Khmer cuisine for the North America pallete. By the way, they have a good selection of tap beer. Service is prompt. And thankfully they had English menus too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great South-East Asian restaurant in Quebec City! Could have used a little bit more spiciness, but very flavorful and fresh. The terrasse is beautiful and servings very generous for the price. Highly recommend and I'm hoping to go back! This was the Pad Singapore (on the left) and the papaya salad (on the right).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best Thai restaurants we have ever been to. The ambience is nice and the service is good. But what really seperates this place is the food. My family enjoyed it all. The fish curry was so delish. The apps were amazing and the desserts. One suggestion is to improve the cocktail quality (but seems to be an issue in Quebec generally). Well done Bati ! A night to remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm actually writing this review as I just ate my meal - live in action! Best PAD THAI I've ever had. This was top tier food. Drinks are great, service is incredibly friendly and attentive, love the modern, chill vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot.
