Needed replacement parts for one of the toilets and was given the supplier's phone number and website and was told to contact them. No attempt was made by staff to contact their vendor as even a goodwill gesture at decent customer service.

When we called the owner, they didn't seem interested in our business and was not accommodating, especially after phase 3, when all other stores are now open to the public. Took our whole bathroom remodeling project elsewhere.
