Dr. Pierre is a great dentist and very knowledgeable. I never have to wait after I come in for my appointments. They take special care of my teeth as well as my whole family! The receptionist is also very nice and welcoming. Although it’s basically near downtown they do have parking which is a plus! I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone!

Found this clinic through Opencare. Was billed for services I don't need such as oral hygiene instruction (I'm not child, why was this necessary). They could've been more frugal with the services, considering I did not know my insurance coverage at the time. Their quote for fixing cavities is higher than rates at other clinics. The assistant injured my gums and area under the tongue with the over-sized x-ray sensor, which made eating and drinking very painful for the next two days. Not to mention, she had to re-do the x-rays because some of the images were not saved to the system. Dentist cleaned my teeth instead of a hygienist, which leads me to believe the reason why my first bill was so high. My issue with my teeth is still not resolved and I wouldn't be able to afford it anyways if I continued being a patient at their clinic. I wish I read the negative reviews before vising this clinic.

I have been coming to Dr Arora now for a few years. He is a Dentist that really cares about his patients. He takes the time out to educate us on the best way to take care of our teeth. I really appreciate that about him. One of the best. Thanks Dr Arora for all you do.

I have been a patient in this clinic from 2017 and I would like to mention that I am very happy with the service I have been receiving from this clinic. Bathhurst walk-in dental maintain a very good hygiene and follow all the rules and regulations regarding COVID pandemic. This clinic is one of the finest and best dental clinic that I have come across. Doctor Arora and Nurse Lea are such a wonderful staff in the clinic that one could ever ask for. It is always a pleasure to see them as these 2 people make patients feel very comfortable in the clinic and they also perform their duties with perfection. Lea is such a sweetheart, down to earth and wonderful to talk to . She always welcomes patients with a smile and answers all the queries at any given time. Kudos to you Lea for all the wonderful job you do for your patients and you are an asset to the clinic. Doctor arora is very knowledgeable and an experienced doctor. The way he delivers solutions to all the problems, treatment to his patients and keeping patients safe and healthy is always commendable. I am so lucky to find doctor arora . He handles his patients with so much care while performing any dental treatments. Fun fact about doctor arora: he is witty, hilarious and talkative. I enjoy talking to him on any topic. He is full of joy and warmth. I am so lucky to find this clinic and of course lucky to get treated by aurora and lea. Thank you for all your wonderful job and treating patients like a family. Incredible experience. It had been a long time since I had gone to a dentist and I was fortunate to find Dr Ali and his team. They were caring, organized and made me feel comfortable from my 1st appointment. They did a great job on every visit and I am thankful for the outcomes. I personally have not been to a better dental office before and highly recommend Dr.Ali and his team. I had an amazing experience. The staff and Dr. just give spectacular service and create a friendly atmosphere. Each tooth was X-rayed, checked accurately (few times) and taken notes on with not rush, and then all that data was inserted into their system. Their Sophisticate Xray was top of the line. The Office is nicely decorated/ very convenient to access and parking is widely Available. Reasonably priced. Special Thanks to Dr. Ali And his team for putting in the extra effort.
