Customer service is almost as bad as the selection of hunting gear. Waited a half hour for service in an empty store.

My wife and I purchased a tracker targa v18 with 200 horse power on the first of may 2018. First trip out we noticed a wobble in the boat at a slow idle. We got in to the dock and noticed the prop had play from side to side and in and out, I have enough knowledge I knew something was wrong and we brought it in for them to look at. TheY returned the boat the same day said all was good. Checked the prop everything was tight. We decided to take the boat to the lake on the long weekend boy was that a mistake....at the back of the lake the motor blew up right at the end of the evening we were stranded for 2 days in the woods. We had to leave the boat beached at the side of the mountain while we figured out who to call and tow it to the dock. After a costly recovery we got it home. we then went to bring the boat in to be looked at and noticed big puddle of gear oil on our shop floor. So off we go to drop it off...that was may 21st........we still to this day haven't even had a phone call from anyone whatsoever to let us know what's going on even after many calls to their shop. Apparently the motor blew up and they had to replace the engine block...should this take 8 weeks? Summer is half over and no boat no phone call no email and no attempt to compensate for the 8 weeks of payment for something we have yet to enjoy. On top of all this we will be left with a rebuilt motor not a factory motor.DO NOT EXPECT ANY AFTER CARE FROM THIS PLACE ...ONCE YOU BUY THE BOAT YOUR LEFT FOR DEAD.

Called the store to ask about looking at gun, as I have not received my PAL yet. Selina on the phone answered all my questions and was so informative and helpful. I was expecting someone rude and gruff, but you could tell she was just genuinely nice and helpful.

Above and beyond expectations. Parts Associate Jeff Lin was amazing to deal with. Found several different parts I needed for my boat and did everything he could to save me money on shipping. One of my parts arrived defective. Jeff called a local repair shop in my area and had the part repaired immediately at no cost to me. I will 100% return as a customer. Thank you Jeff for being awesome!
