★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My employer ordered gift baskets as employee reconciliation tokens to all the staff back in October 2021. The basket was packaged nicely and had variety of selections. However, some food items in the baskets had either no expiration date or were almost expired. Both the crackers and the pretzels that didn’t come with expiration dates tasted stale, and a pack of gummies was expired soon. The gift basket was very presentable, but it was a big disappointment when we tried them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason why this review is getting a 5/5 is because one person, out of three I dealt with, went above and beyond to make things right. The company didn't do anything wrong, I had just requested real time pictures to post a review and it was all lost in translation. I asked for this because when I first called BasketBelle, I dealt with a very kind human being, not sure who that was. Things went somewhat downhill after I placed the order, due to the request of a picture. However, Cameo did everything she could to make things right, which is why I am giving this review a 5/5. I chose to go with this company due to reviews and the fact they were an Alberta based business with great prices. Their prices to deliver to Edmonton are a lot better than Edmonton owned gift basket companies. I attached pictures of what my recipient received and they loved their gift! Thank you for all your hard work, Cameo!
