I ordered A_B_C Baby Boy cube from"Basket and Bow Inc" In North York,Ontario and when l talked to the owner Mojgan(Mojan) she understood my concern and rest assured me that she will deliver it once l give them the good news of baby s birth.l was expecting the labour happens weekdays,but it happened on Sunday that was Company's day off. I sent her a message at 8.30 a.m and she immediately responded back, and rest assured me that she promised she will take care of it and will fulfill her promise although it was Sunday and her off day. By 11.45 the gift was in my daughter in law's room, and she was so happy with the gift,the quality of the items, the presentation and hand written greeting cards. I highly recommend this company and will be a return customer for all my gifting needs.She went above and beyond what is required to help a customer,something not every company would take the time to do.

They also offered different gift baskets for different occasions like christmas, wedding, baby, birthdays, and much more. I really needed to discuss some options before placing the order and the owner, Mojgan, was very helpful. The presentation was phenomenal, exactly as I saw on their website. The handwritten card was an added value. My mom loved the gift very much and she said I could feel the personal touches behind it. The quality of the products were great.
