One company came in and told us we had to rip everything out and install an elaborate system connected to a sump pump, and have someone else come in and wire it to a dedicated breaker. Brock from Basement Technologies came in, quickly identified that it was unlikely a foundation leak, and found a leaking drainage pipe behind the insulation. He then referred us to a plumber. Although we didn't use their services, they saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you again!

I called Basement Technologies as they were the contractor's that the previous homeowner's hired to handle the installation of the pump. After discussing the details with them, they promptly sent out a technician to do a complimentary inspection on my sump system and ended up replacing the pump on the spot under warranty. My entire experience from start to finish was great, I'd would highly recommend them to anyone!
