If you can afford the rent, which is comparable to the building, this could well be your next home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waaaaay over priced at what you're getting! Townhouses that have a condo feeling. Keep looking and if you must, wait till late spring. Way more buildings will become available. Don't rush because of the interest hike, it won't be that bad
