★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent coffee and service there. I had a very friendly experience with the barista and had some nice small conversation. The location is great and it is very quiet and has a modern yet cozy feel.
The latte I got was great and would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a latte, truly excellent micro foam and probably the best latte I've had in metro Van. The barista chatted about the types of espresso used in different drinks in the shop (including the espresso and tonic) and clearly had a lot of expertise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the cleveland dam to hike and I found this place nearby, this is really cute and nice place. Although they only have coffee menus, I love the latte so much and the barista was very friendly and smiling all the time. I would love to vmgo there again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at the Barrio and wasn't disappointed. This place has a great ambiance and they are located in the pristine area of North Vancouver. I love the decor! Simple and warm. Their coffee is great. Was overall impressed with everything and enjoyed my experience there. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Dine-in is still temporarily unavailable. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent coffee and barista (Dan). It’s always nice to come to Barrio when I want a cup of coffee when visiting the north shore. It really is a hidden gem. It is one of the very few places that offer delicious batch brew coffee (they usually serve beans on the lighter roast of which I love) unlike many cafes out there that serve medium to medium-dark (and on top of that, I often get burnt taste batch brew coffee regardless of the roast level). Anyway, love this place, I visit with my boyfriend on a regular basis. Oh and it’s a great place to get beans too.
