★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricing is as fair as anywhere else. Mallory as hygienist genuinely cares about oral health of patients she sees, and has reasonable expectations for what people can do, in terms of their habits and time spent on dental routine etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family is New to Ottawa region and needed a dentist! So happy we found this centre! The dentists are both knowledgable and thorough! The hygienists were also very skilled! The place was clean...the location is convienent...the staff were friendly..and the receptionist was very organized and helpful to give extra information! Also...it's a bonus that they offer weekend appointments and evenings also! And the whole family even got a welcome bag filled with goodies! You can't go wrong choosing this centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dental hygienests have been excellent and very friendly at each of my appointments. Dr. Baillie is very good. She doesn't recommend dental work that may not be needed. More of a "give it 6 months and see" approach, which I very much appreciate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dental centre in terms of customer service though very odd and questionable experiences. I have been to a few dentists over the years due how many times I've moved. I used to have cavities around every tertiary visit to the dentist. The check ups would also usually be maybe at least 5 minutes long (typically 5-15). Here, I have never had a checkup longer than 2 minutes nor have I ever had a cavity in the years I've been here even when I've never changed my brushing habits.
To make me even more sceptical, I chipped my tooth when I was really young. Over the years, I'd have to get it fixed every 4-6 years on average. Suddenly upon coming here I am chipping it every year. Paying roughly $250 every time is becoming ridiculous when only a couple months go by before I start to feel it slowly disintegrate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Deschamps is the best dentist our family has ever been to. He is gentle, kind, really cares and his work is top notch. We trust him 100% and would not go elsewhere. The staff at the office are amazing as well. Special mention to Cheryl, Lise and Charlynne.
