I called and a crew pomptly came and made the repair and they explained exactly what they did. This was my second roof installed by Barron in the 36 years that I have owned this home. I was inquiring about a warranty as well as work done 10 years ago. I had considered getting an estimate for new work but due to her rudeness and refusal to discuss calmly( I have all the original warranties and invoices) I will never deal with them again and can only warm others to beware. The previous owners at least were polite.

We called them yesterday, and a day later they came to our home to inspect a few leaks we had in our attic, and also water running down the chimney in the attic. They were very informative with our issues taking the time to explain the problems. They didn`t try to convince us that we needed a whole new roof, rather explained that the problems could be repaired. We our beyond relieved that all the issues are fixed. We will not go anywhere else for our roofing needs! Thanks so much.
