★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work that I scheduled was to be done June 9, I arranged to drop it off June 7 do to possibly rain showers that day. Surprisingly to me Craig at the service desk texted me at 4:30 the same day to inform that my bike was ready for pickup.
In my opinion they went way beyond my expectations for service.
Great front end service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I bought new 2022 Street Bobs. Our salesperson Dave was fantastic and really showed his bike knowledge. There was a bit of a wait for bikes to come in which we were told about from day one. Dave stayed in constant contact with us through the wait. Purchase day we had to bring our 3 year old with us. The entire staff was awesome with going through the whole sales experience and also helping keeping our daughter entertained. I was very impressed to say the least. Al in parts also helped with some aftermarket parts which obviously had to be done. There will be more bike purchases with Barnes Kamloops for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing time purchasing my first Harley!! Jared and Danielle were awesome to deal with, and then meeting the rest of the staff during the "poker run" was great. The girls upstairs were very helpful with picking out some gear, and we shared some good laughs. We will all be getting to know each other much better over the future! Sorry I broke your ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome! 10 stars if I could! I needed my exhaust and tuning done. Craig picked my bike up from Kelowna BC, handled it with care and didn’t even have me lift a finger to help. The customer service is top notch here. When I went to visit, I was given a tour, offered coffee and Al went over everything thoroughly with me. They even price matched for me and gave me a quote with no hidden fees. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks again guys for making my dreams come true!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks so much mike and Craig for rescuing my glide.my glide was sitting in three feet of flood waters. They loaded the glide on there trailer and brought back to Kamloops. They cleaned her up .. replaced fluids. Started up and ran great. She’s in storage for now. All no charge. I’m a great full customer for life.
