They must have been very patient with her. They even gave me 10% off because it was my first time there!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Anyway, we enjoyed our experience at Barks and Feathers. I'm not sure what our dog thought however as he is still not talking. Angela was helpful on the phone when I called to inquire about a nail cutting. They were also open later than any other groomer I found online. The cutting was also very affordable. Nearly half the cost of another place I visited. I also really appreciated that we could go in the back and hold the animal while he was having his feet handled. This accommodation was not available at the other groomer I took my dog to and when he was brought to the front he was bleeding from one of his feet like mad. No bleeding from Angela. Only thing that made me uncomfortable was the staff who remained eerily silent 2 feet away eating their dinners while their college cut my shepard pups nails. It was 10 minutes to closing however so maybe I should cut them some slack. Will definitely take my little beast back there.

It was our pup's first grooming and she did an outstanding job! Our puppy is beautiful, clean and just a perfect little fur ball. Would defnailty recommend!

I was nervous and so was he. After dropping my puppy there, I received a phone call two hours later. They said that they have to cut more of my puppies hair off because of matting. We did not agree to this prior to the appointment. For a first time pet owner, I didn't have much knowledge as to what that meant. I asked if his hair will grow back and they said yes, that it should grow back in a month. So I had agreed. I was shocked to see what had happened to my puppy once I went to go pick him up. He was shaved down completely. Never going back and still quite disappointed. It has been two months and his hair has still not grown back completely.
