★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Doug Barclay and his thorough inspection, we now have a host of information we would have otherwise missed if we simply hired a tradesperson or chose to forgo an inspection for the home we are purchasing.
We were welcome to follow along and learn or ask questions as we went around the home. The report that was provided was full of photos and instructions on what to do with the information we were given.
If we had chosen to buy without his knowledgeable input, we may have spent thousands of dollars we wouldn't have seen coming! Now we know what to look for, the little things that need a little love and are far more confident about our home purchase!

We were out of town when we had the inspection and he called me while he was there to go over any issues he came across. He accepts interac direct payment which made it simple for us. He was excellent to deal with! The document he emailed me was so thorough! Absolutely would recommend him for an inspection!
