I met with Barb a few times looking at commercial space available within Brandon and nothing met our budget / needs / time frame. Barb continued her search, and within weeks found a great spot within our budget, that met our needs and our time frame. Barb was able to negotiate and complete the agreement in an efficient way that reduced the stress that typically accompanies this process.
