★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, we went to view a condo in January... they were just finishing up is what we were told.. we loved it, put money down to hold it and we looked forward to moving in.... fast forward to now, it is the end of May and we finally had enough of the excuses and lies.. we were even qsked if we wanted to rent our condo until they were able to get the road built and have paperwork finished that was held up in winnipeg. We are now looking at other options as we have heard many horror stories since... highly recommend NOT dealing with these people
