If you live in Durham you have seen Shiv’s face at a nearby listing. That’s what originally caught our attention (the amount of people choosing Shiv to represent them) & when we decided we were ready to sell last year we called him. When we met with him we had many other agents in mind that we were planning to interview & lots of friends and family who are also in the industry and were expecting our business but Shiv won us over. Thirty-two years ago, Shiv sold my old house and I bought my current house with him. In 2021, when I decided to sell my house, I made a list of real estate agents who were selling recently houses in my neighborhood. I had already interviewed seven of the agents and I was still not sure who I could trust with my biggest sale at this point in my life. Then I thought about Shiv, I've invited him and the rest was almost going on it's own. Shiv is very professional, friendly, with great knowledge and experience, excellent communicator and problem solver and as expected the sale process went smoothly and on schedule. Shiv took it upon himself, at no additional cost to me, to hire the interior designer to prepare the staging, so the house looked beautiful, also he hired the professional photographers to make the photos and videos amazing. The entire process took only five (5) days from the time the house was listed, to the time my house was sold $180,700.00 above the asking price. My neighbors are very happy and have congratulated me because I got the highest price on the street also they took Shiv's information to their contacts.
