Having purchased but never sold a property before, I was completely in the dark as to the process, but Johann made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable, works very efficiently, and she kept everything running smoothly the entire time. She was excellent at communicating what each step involved and exactly what was expected from me during the process, as well as maintained consistent contact with the buyer's realtor to ensure a smooth transaction all around. Johann has an easy-going, relaxed approach, yet maintains a high sense of professionalism, and I would highly recommend her if you are considering selling your home!

She helped us navigate a difficult journey with compassion and empathy. I was amazed at how well she presented our home on the market. She works with an incredibly talented and creative photographer and videographer. Johann is knowledgeable and professional! She was the perfect agent to represent our family in the sale of our home. It was our first owned home after years of renting and she managed to help us navigate through the entire process and answer our questions. She looked out for us for things we might not notice during viewings and educate us as well about home ownership and maintenance. She also has great connections to people or services that we needed, so it wasn't a hassle searching on our own. Looking back, she really did her best to make our experience as stress free as she can and it really did feel like it. Even after the turn over, Johann is still looking out for us. We would gladly work with her again if we ever decide to sell our home or buy another home down the road. P.S.: She also gives really thoughtful and sentimental gifts!

Her "one step at a time" approach and upbeat attitude were super helpful when it all started to feel a bit overwhelming.
