I had to cancel 3 weeks after booking due to unforseen circumstances and they refused to refund me more then half my refund when they have done nothing for me. I was told the day before I would receive it then they backed out the next day and only gave me half. This is ridiculous, and greedy and I will never rent here in the future and I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my experience also.

Attentive, attention to detail, tastefully decorated and service to match. You're made to feel at home and looked after. That's what it's all about. The food is the same. Some of the best beef you'll find anywhere and menus that are always interesting and well executed. It's always a pleasure to attend any event they're part of, whether catered or on site at their facility. Well done!
H	H Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been their for my cousins wedding. Great food, mostly healthy food which was great. The Banquet was a beautiful place. We had been in the emerald hall. After the speeches, funny moments, the dancing... It was an memorable night. But then I had to leave at 10:00. Everyone started leaving at that time. Overall everything was amazing.
A	Aleece McLean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for my friend's wedding. The dinner was delicious. I wish there was more on the plate, but it was good. The salad came with the dressing on it, instead of the side which I didn't like..then they served a dessert which was like a cream cheese moose or something which I personally didn't like but other did. The staff was very friendly and quick with the cleaning and bring out the next stuff. Been here a few times for work parties as well. Good place for sure.

We were in a time crunch (we had 7 weeks to plan) and The Banquet Centre was amazing from beginning to end. Erin did an amazing job, she was very accommodating and was a great support throughout everything. The food was amazing, the bartender was hilarious and the staff were over all a joy to work with. We cannot thank The Banquet Centre and all that were involved enough, you made our day perfect!
