 In their own words, they say that they are not a bank in China. This is true! Domestic banks in China are known for their service attitude! They give you a set of closed door soup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2011年的时候在这里申请当年香港派的6000，前几天想起来这笔钱去银行取。原来两边系统不一样，当年的户口是帮我开在香港不是在这里，而且2013年后不能再通过银行将钱汇到这边银行。虽然取不了钱，但是工作人员解释得几清楚而且还建议我接下来有什么办法可以做。服务不错！
In 2011, I applied for the 6000 from Hong Kong that year. A few days ago, I remembered that the money went to the bank to withdraw. It turns out that the systems on the two sides are different. The account was opened for me in Hong Kong but not here, and after 2013 I can no longer transfer money to this bank through the bank. Although I couldn't get the money, the staff explained it clearly and suggested that I could do something next. Good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating dealing with these people. Absolutely no customer service and when you do have service, they are rude and condescending. Avoid banking here unless truly necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had an option for 0 star. I never thought that I would have had such a terrible experience in any bank. The person who answered my call treated me like I was an idiot. I would say please be far away from this bank to save your precious time and energy.
