★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers are Great. Office not so much, very disorganized and unsympathetic of the importance of needed appointment which they have canceled the ride on you for . You may book your ride but there is no guarantee you will get it even if you book months in advance. Very disappointed at this time. Thanks BCT Tanya Smith

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drivers are amazing. The ladies in the office are another story. Brenda, the manager at Bancroft BCT, is extremely ignorant to their clients. People that use to service to go to the Methadone clinic get treated like dirt. People like this should NOT be working with public. Every person I know, even the drivers, have nothing good to say about them. How about having people that actually want to work with public, working in there? Would make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STARS. I have missed 3 appointments because of them canceling my rides without well enough notice for me to get another from someone else. Honestly, don’t even bother. Stop using these people. Don’t even try to get a ride. They are EXTREMELY IGNORANT. They cancel rides if they feel like it with no remorse. Apparently I was supposed to text them by 3:30pm, I texted them back at 4pm ON FRIDAY. That means they had 4 days to reply and tell me they canceled my ride. I didn’t get a message till I asked at 9am on Tuesday the day of my appointment, that’s when they told me they canceled it. ONLY BECAUSE I ASKED FIRST, if I didn’t ask I would have been waiting around for a ride that would never come. I have a therapist appointment at 1pm and now I am struggling to find a way to travel 30 minutes away, and we all know cabs are too expensive. They WILL NOT answer my calls, or texts and do not care how important this is. Just stop using them.
