★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When renting a Uhaul from from Always Towing, things didn't start off smoothly as the previous renter did not return the vehicle on time. Though this was no fault of Always Towing, they still gave me a discounted rate for the inconvenience of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who we dealt with on the phone was very kind, and the man who towed our car for us (Keith) was amazing! He got there 10 minutes after we called, and was very helpful. We asked for his card and he told us that if we break down again to call him. After everything it was less than $60 for the tow. This definitely made a bad day turn around, thank you so much Keith, and Always Towing!!

They called 20 minutes before scheduled booking to let me know the truck was on a job and might be up to 15 minutes late, great to get the heads up. Truck showed up pretty much on time. Fast and efficient. Charged exactly what I was quoted. Just simple, basic, good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a tow truck this morning for 10:30am but they didn’t show up until 11:00am, I guess they were busy but I called 2 times to make sure they don’t forget me. The tow truck driver #99 he was polite and professional. Just another tow truck company will reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually we had a Uhaul rental from them, I'm not sure this review should be considered by Uhaul or Always Towing. By the way, that was one of the worst Uhaul vehicle I have ever had. Super old and dirty one 10 ft Uhal. The administration people were friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great towing company. They have helped my Mum and now helped me! I was very happy with the service. Reasonably priced, the staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me!
I say patient because I needed a tow from about an hour outside of the city in the sticks. A driver arrived as quickly as he could, he had been able to follow my version of directions haha. He was incredibly friendly and cheerful!
10/10 would recommend! 10/10 if I find myself in need of a tow, I'll be calling this company for sure!
