D	Darryl Melvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second visit to the Bancroft Bed & Breakfast. The location is great and within walking distance of many shops and great restaurants. The accommodation are excellent, Katherine made us fell very welcomed and jokingly called it our home away from home. We were in the Sage room its spacious and comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

We had never stayed at a B&B before and we were very fortunate to have selected this one as our first. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the entire feeling was welcoming. Even Daisy, the golden retriever, greeted us with a friendly sniff and a tail wag! We will be back when we visit Bancroft again!

Comfortable beds with quirky room layouts and shared washrooms. Electrical outlets are at a premium so prepare to hunt for them in your room to charge devices. Close to downtown restaurants and convenient parking
P	Peter Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic little bed and breakfast in Bancroft. Walking distance to all the shops. We stayed in the largest room. It was outfitted with 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed. The bed was firm but comfortable. The owner was very nice and walked us through the house e when we arrived. There was cable TV, with movie stations, available in the living room. There were also board games and cards. Breakfast was very large and included a fruit salad bowl with yogurt, eggs, huge slices of Canadian Bacon, toast, coffee and juice. It was really tasty.

The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and cooked to order just the way we wanted it. The owner, Kathryn was lovely and made us feel right at home. Great value and would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast included bacon and eggs, fresh fruit cup, delicious coffee. Katherine was cheerful and very helpful about how to make most of our visit to Bancroft. The difference between here and an airbnb is she has been doing it for years and knows how make you feel welcome.

Kathryn could not have been nicer or more accommodating . She filled us in on the best places to go eat, gave us a run down on the businesses in town and places to go. We had dinner and came back to a comfortable evening watching the hockey game in the comfort of her living room. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I very much enjoyed the conversation she provided over breakfast . A very smart lady with tons of interesting life experiences.

The breakfast was excellent. Had a great experience. The bathrooms are shared as well as the common spaces, which was no problem for me. Definitely will stay there again.
