★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the worst place to live. Property managers were nice. Maintenance can take a little while to get done, so patience is key if your sink isn't draining properly. Dog friendly. Can be a little noisy.
We were told that there would be a fee for carpet cleaning, which we agreed to, but when the damage deposit came after move out, they took $100 for 'general cleaning' claiming that it took 4 hours to clean the apartment, when we had spent at least that amount of time cleaning it ourselves before leaving (returning it to the same condition that we received it in). No checklist of things to be cleaned, no mention of this extra cleaning fee. Not impressed.
If you have better options in Hinton, try there first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible owners to work for. Moved 10 hrs to be maintenence manager there about 4 years ago and promised a salary. Once arrived they decided to pay me hourly instead which was less then salary. Building owner is a jackass. Lives in Edmonton and won't approve any work till he drives a hour to inspect it first. Don't work for these people. Trust me. Don't know how anyone can give this place more then one star.
