★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait affaire avec eux l’été dernier. Nous avons acheté du matériel chez eux pour deux balcons et rampes devant la maison. Ils se chargeait des mesures et de la pose. Deux balcon de 4x18 pi en fibre de verre. Le balcon de l’étage était trop grand de 6-8 po et déborde excessivement de la base. Ils m’ont dit ça te dérange tu ? J’ai répondu ben oui mais on fait quoi? Ils m’ont dit ben c’est une méchante job l’enlever... ah ok ben on va le laisser la, aucune proposition d’accommodements. Pour le RDC les mesures n’étaient pas bonnes au niveau de la porte et la descente des escaliers. Ils ont du le couper sur place à deux endroits et m’ont dit on va commander un nouveau. Ils sont revenus 3 semaines après, comble du malheur, le balcon ne faisait toujours pas au niveau de la porte. Ils ont du le couper encore une fois. J’ai demandé il y a un risque pour l’eau et la garantie ? ils ont dit pas de danger on va mettre du silicone. Par contre, le balcon de fibre de verre est mal fixé à la base et saute quand on marche dessus. Donc après quelques jours le silicone a décollé complètement et l’eau et la neige s’y infiltre depuis 1 ans. J’ai téléphoné à Maxime l’été dernier je lui ai envoyé des photos et vidéos et encore à ce jour je n’ai eu absolument AUCUN suivi pour un montant total de 10k chez balcon Verdun. ... Rien à ajouter.
We did business with them last summer. We bought equipment from them for two balconies and railings in front of the house. They were responsible for the measurements and the installation. Two 4x18 ft fiberglass balconies. The upstairs balcony was 6-8 "too large and protruded too far from the base. They told me do you mind? I said yes, but what do we do? They told me well it's a nasty job to remove it ... ah ok well we'll leave it there, no offer of accommodation. For the RDC the measures were not good at the door and the descent of the stairs. They had to cut it on the spot in two places and told me we are going to order a new one. They returned 3 weeks later, the height of misfortune, the balcony was still not at the door. They had to cut it again. I asked there is a risk for water and warranty? they said no danger we're going to put silicone. However, the fiberglass balcony is not securely attached to the base and jumps when stepped on. So after a few days, the silicone took off completely and the water and snow have seeped in for 1 year. I called Maxime last summer I sent him photos and videos and again to date I have had absolutely NO follow-up for a total amount of 10k at balcon Verdun. ... Nothing to add.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merci pour le bon service que nous avons reçu le 5 novembre dernier. Vous donnez une date d'installation et vous êtes de paroles et efficaces. Peu importe la température car la journée de l'installation était froide et il pleuvait pas à peu près, tout c'est fait quand même comme si il faisait beau.
Vous avez des installateurs vraiment professionnels et d'une gentillesse extra.
Merci tellement à toute votre équipe que ce soit en magasin, sur la route pour les estimations et le groupe d'installateurs vous êtes champions.
Thank you for the good service we received on November 5th. You give an installation date and you are talkative and efficient. It does not matter the temperature because the day of the installation was cold and it was not raining almost, everything is still done as if it was sunny.
You have really professional installers and extra kindness.
Thank you so much to your entire team whether in store, on the road for estimates and the group of installers you are champions.

Une fois son évaluation donné il ne répond pas au téléphone, ne répond pas aux messages , je laisse un message dans sa boîte vocale : aucun retour,
( nous n’existions plus )voyant ce mauvais service
j’ai changé de commerçants pour mon projet de patio
Très mauvais représentant pour Balcons Verdun Qui nuit à l’ Image de la compagnie.
La compagnie a finalement perdu un contrat de
$15 000 à 20 000 $
