She created a totally doable and adaptable treatment plan based on my lifestyle for my goals. We monitored progress and I really felt like she was on my team! I love that she gave me an explanation of how certain body parts truly function and how 'x' can impact 'z'. Jess is such a very talented, kind, genuine soul and a pleasure to work with.

She has great in-depth knowledge in this field and is very easy going/personable, too. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a physiotherapist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy to write a review on Jessica Sehn; Physiotherapist. After 3 months of a knee injury that wasn’t getting better I went to see Jessica. Recommended by a friend. I found her knowledgeable, personable and so very helpful. She would send me home with homework after she did some hands on magic. She would review my progress at every appointment and change things up as necessary. My knee limitations went from a 40% to 94% We knew over time it would continue to improve. I am thankful for her expertise in helping me recover ?
