I contacted Bakerview Crematorium at 8pm in which someone answered. They picked up the deceased the next morning with no questions asked. They were very understanding of the situation, and helped in any way that they could. We decided to have the service at their facility and it was a beautiful spot. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially during a difficult time.
7	7kjckgx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my brother Dec 2014. He didn't have a lot of money and I didn't have much more to be able to give him a full service which would have cost thousands. I made some calls to different crematoriums to ask questions. I decided to go with Bakerview because they were very friendly, took my numerous questions graciously. I felt very comfortable with them and through the whole process only showed me sympathy, understanding and were extremely helpful with the death certificate, obituary, etc.. They came all the way from Mission to my home in Surrey twice for one on one meetings. I would and will highly recommend them.

She helped me for the documents I needed it for my husband's grandson from USA (emergency exemption from quarantine). She came to my house for my husband's ash and death certificate. And helped preparing documents for his grandson taking the ash back to USA. I highly recommend them.

I asked for my brother to be shipped fast as possible from there to Ontario. (Being I have to pay for it anyways . from normal price to flying. I paid 80 .00 shipping for normal ? I guess il be asking for a refund Then I phone canada post and they say they sipped him the cheapest way possible..ex pidited. When I called her she said she express sent them . So second lie. She said she don't know ? she's not in the office.... When she shipped him.het self Two days earlier ? Like how is that caring for someone's remains . Don't use them If yur not in town She said ' its sent now there's nothing we can do. ' THATS NOT CARING

Unfortunately Fraiser Valley got that terrible Flood & then the Ice Snow Storm. Once everything was a go, my Brother was finally home with me. I purchased a Hockey Stick Pendant with some of his Ashes in it. Beautiful piece. Many Thanks. We are finally @ Piesse ❤️‍??

Didn't follow up with money into trust, tried to blame newbie staff, but she took charge of that part of the conversation. Not one word of empathy, she was cold, and it continued on the day of the funeral. Had phenomenal director in 2017 for my dad. My family commented on her coolness. Needs updated training.
