★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting a suspect diagnosis of 'arthritis' by a doctor for a knee problem, I went to see Paul for the first time . Paul soon found the true problem and the long term solution to it (and in just 1 visit). I would encourage anyone with a structural (joint/muscle etc)problem to see a physiotherapist rather than a doctor, and would highly recommend Paul!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 3 visits, Katri had me walking pain free, after suffering with a very sore knee for months. She listened and got to the problem professionally, efficiently and very effectively. She emailed exercises to me after appointments, complete with instructions and pictures.
Office waiting area and treatment rooms are clean and roomy.
Being able to book appointments online at Backstream is a wonderful service with this office; no need to leave a message and hope that someone returns your call. You know right away that you have an appointment; a huge plus over some other physio offices.
I can whole heartedly recommend Katri and Backstream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After suffering with very painful Tennis Elbow and trying all the regular remedies (pain relief pills/creams/elbow braces/massage) nothing worked. I had zero knowledge or experiences with acupuncture but was willing try anything. When I first met Jeannette she was friendly, knowledgeable & had a wonderful bedside manner. I have been to see Jeannette twice now & she had advised a combo of Acupuncture & Dry Needling on my elbow and shoulder/back area. The trigger areas were targeted & when she hit the precise spot "boy did I Know it!" After my first treatment I was sore for a few days where the needle had entered but the constant dull pain that I was always experiencing was so much better. Jeannette also gave me exercises to do which I followed through with every day. I went back for a second treatment about 2 weeks after and now I can say that 95% of my pain has gone (what a relief) I still do my exercises to strengthen my elbow/shoulder area and it has been 5 weeks since my last treatment & I am still pain free! I highly recommend going to see Jeannette if you are suffering with pain as she worked wonders on me & hopefully you too! I am so thankful to have met Jeannette & will definitely see her again if my pain ever returns. ***5 STAR***
