â â â â â When I first walked in, the reception was very welcoming, patient and understanding, a perfect start to my visit. I thought I knew what was wrong with my shoulder but I was completely wrong. My physiotherapist, Abhijit Minhas, took the time and explained with patience, detail and diagrams what was going on - it was frozen shoulder. He warned me that it was a very slow recovery. I was in alot of pain and I had not moved my arm in over 2 and a half months so it was extremely stiff and weak. At my first session Abhijit started working on the shoulder extremely gently and slowly with great success... I could lift my arm for the first time in weeks. I was amazed at the results. I had results much quicker than anticipated. Today was my sixth appointment and the shoulder/arm is doing great. I feel liberated and I can return to my normal daily routine without help from my family. I am extremely appreciative of Abi's help and beautiful personality. Back on Track you have a wonderful team in Rockland!

â â â â â Excellent experience! I met with Abhijit Minhas, for an assessment. The good new was that it wasn't what I thought and with several exercises that Abhijit provided in a matter of a week I could feel the difference in my mobility. He was gentle in the assessment process professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend that you contact Abhijit Minhas, for any issues that require a Physiotherapist.

â â â â â Very lucky to have had the opportunity of working with Abhijit who has helped me with my hand recovery. Very professional and has an excellent personality as well. Provided me with videos and found them very useful to continue my exercises at home. Totally enjoyed my experience and would recommend him.
