I dined in recently at the Pickering location of B Boyz, coming from a customer service background I can defiantly tell this location has The Best first in class customer service. I don’t normally write reviews, but this is definitely an exception. The food is great, the store is clean, the customer service & staff are Amazing. Definitely recommend, I will be visiting again as my family and I loved it. To the owner: your staff definitely deserves a praise, excellent service, please keep this type of service up. It’s rare to see a service this great, thank you for making my families dine out experience great this Ramadan ?

The burger was ok on the best day. Small in size and wasn’t that impressive. There is not a lot of halal Burger options in town so I wanted to get a amazing burger ? from them. I didn’t get that, I think the meat was frozen. It did not feel fresh. Disappointed !!!! 2) customer service, Good service. The person was polite and helpful. Place is very clean it’s brand new. Love it 3) clean cool and nice place to sit. Only thing I will say it’s too close to each other. There is no 6 feet between tables. Overall ok experience. Food was just “ok” nothing impressive. The management team at here recognizes this and was very kind and courteous in making sure that the mistakes that were made on my first order were resolved. The chicken sandwich is delicious and flavorful. The meat is nice and juicy and the chicken is well battered. The French fries are your typical Costco-style fries which I do not mind. One small advice though is that they should use a bigger piece of lettuce and a little bit less sauce. Overall, I am happy with their level of service and quality of food and do give praise and respect for them acknowledging their mistakes and ensuring that the customer is left being happy. I hope they can continue to work on ensuring customers are not waiting long for their orders. I will recommend this place to family and friends!
A	Alisha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocre burger, nothing too special. The place is quite clean, but can be a bit pricy. Employees are nice, but don’t offer any recommendations or inform you on their ongoing deals. Halal and fries are super crispy. Would recommend if you’re looking for a casual lunch.
