Upon opening the box I found it didn’t have everything in it that it was supposed to. It’s missing 2 pieces one of which is the filter itself! I called and asked for a refund or exchange and they told me it was my fault because I never asked to open the box and they sold that item as is. Meanwhile it never said as is on the package and it was in a brand new store box, completely taped and sealed. If someone had of told me at the cash register, or if the box had of said “as is” on it, I would have never considered purchasing it in the first place. They made it look like a completely brand new item. They have just lost my business officially as that is quite unprofessional to blame the customer for the business’s clear mistake. This whole package is nothing but garbage and a waste of money. What a rip off.
