I've had some bad luck with dealerships and cars throughout my short 6 years of driving. I have wasted so much time and money with all those places. If there's one place that's saved me MONEY, TIME, and has A1 service all throughout; especially during this covid pandemic, is AY Auto ? They continuously prove small businesses are 1000% better

After visiting multiple dealerships and not being satisfied by their car inventory I found AY Autos. The dealing started on a positive and professional note. Adeel took the time to go through my needs and provided me with some options. I think it was the non-pushy attitude which caused us not to haggle much on a deal and we closed the deal quickly. He got the car ready quickly for delivery within my required time frame. The safety & inspection was done in the next door garage in front of me, vs. pre-certified cars. I asked the master technician all kinds of questions regarding the car and left satisfied. I would recommend to use AY Autos without any hesitation.

I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from AY Auto a few months ago and the sale was likely the worst experience I’ve ever encountered purchasing a vehicle from a “dealer”. I want to be clear the owner is a nice guy and ultimately in the end made things right! The auto shop AY Auto used to certify my vehicle missed a slash in one of the tires (big deal), an inoperable windshield sprayer (medium deal), faulty license plate lightbulb and faulty front headlight bulb (not really big deals). I live an hour away so AY Auto agreed to have the vehicle re-safetied at another shop in my city so not to inconvenience me any further which ultimately lead to getting the issues resolved. I like to wait a few months before I give a review when purchasing something of larger value. In the past few months I have noticed and had some issues with the car, yes it’s 10 years old but I owned the exact same vehicle prior to this purchase with 40k more km on it and it has had way less issues. The issues I’ve faced in the past few months include a possible wiring issue of some sort that causes the vehicle to hesitate or want to stall, still trying to figure this out, the passenger rear window stopped working, the rear lights sometimes work and sometimes don’t, the exhaust fell off the car on the highway week four into owning the vehicle, there were old mouldy mouse droppings located in the engine compartment (found during second safety inspection), the HID kit that was installed was just dangling there and was arching out, spare tire jack was completely rusted to the point it was unusable. I have bought many cars in my life time and never have I ever encountered an issue with safety inspection or the issues I’ve noticed to date when dealing with a dealer, for the issues and inconvenience throughout this transaction I would not recommend AY Auto or look to buy a vehicle from them in the future.

I have purchased a few cars in my time , AY Auto has went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced . Open and honest right from the get go! One thing I really liked is they actually drive all their vehicles, they can tell you exactly what you are getting. How can someone tell you what type of car you’re getting without driving it for a period of time . Any issue I had or didn’t like with the vehicle were all address without hesitation. AY auto really do care about their costumers , I will not think twice about buying another car from them in the future .

The best experience i ever had when buying a car. I've done some car shopping with and for my friends for quite some time and AY auto was the best of them all. The owner is very good guy and goes the extra mile to provide the customer experience and satisfaction. For the car we bought, we never had a single issue with it, been running smoothly since then. Highly recommended.
