La qualité de leur produit est irréprochable, j'ai acheté un ensemble pour une maison neuve, cuisine, salle de bain et salle de lavage. J'ai opté pour le concept non assemblé et non installé. Il m'a fallu 3 jours pour complèté le projet, une économie de 4,000$ ca fait une bonne paye! Tout est là, les instructions sont assez facile à suivre, ils fournissent une quincaillerie de haute qualité et tout s'emboite bien. Alors pourquoi donner un 4 si tout est si parfait : LA COMMUNICATION. Après une visite à leur succursale de Cap Santé j'était convaincu de la qualité et que je pouvais avoir une cuisine haut de gamme sans pour autant payer le gros prix. J'ai dû appeler plusieurs fois pour confirmer un RV, une fois la commande confirmer et le dépot payé encore une fois plusieurs appel pour confirmer la date de réception du plan final. Avec la situation de la covid je comprends que des délais additionels surviennent, mais de ne pas retourner un couriel ou un appel, c'est pas la faute de la covid, c'est un manque de considération. Quand on construit une maison les délais sont importants et chaque sous traitants en retard créer un effet d'enchainement. Je reccomande Avivia pour leur qualité, et si leur talent pour communiquer de façon efficace était équal à la qualité de leur produit je leur aurai donné un 5 étoiles. I would like to share my experience with Avivia kitchens. The quality of their product is impeccable, I bought a set for a new house, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. I opted for the unassembled and uninstalled concept. It took me 3 days to complete the project, a saving of $ 4,000 that makes a good pay! It's all there, the instructions are pretty easy to follow, they provide high quality hardware, and it all fits together nicely. So why give a 4 if everything is so perfect: COMMUNICATION. After a visit to their branch in Cap Santé I was convinced of the quality and that I could have high-end cuisine without paying top dollar. I had to call several times to confirm an RV, once the order was confirmed and the deposit paid again several calls to confirm the date of receipt of the final plan. With the covid situation I understand that additional delays occur, but not to return an email or a call, it is not the fault of the covid, it is a lack of consideration. When building a house, deadlines are important and each late subcontractor creates a chain effect. I recommend Avivia for their quality, and if their talent for communicating effectively was equal to the quality of their product I would have given them a 5 star.

Après plusieurs semaines de retard, nous recevons afin les armoires. L’installation commence exécutée par un sous-traitant irrespectueux. Vu le retard de production des armoires, nous avions installer la céramique au sol pour atténuer le retard au maximum. Le monsieur a pris le temps d’enlever les couvertures qui protégeait la céramique au sol pour faire des égratignures visibles aux tuiles au pourtour des travaux ,,,, de plus, une partie de l’ameublement était entreposer dans le garage, le monsieur a fait le découpage à l’intérieur du garage,,,, imaginez de la poussière de mdf dans un endroit fermer,,,,,, nous avons dû attendre des mois pour recevoir la fond d’armoires qui n’était jamais couper selon les mesures de l’armoire en place. Aucun dédommagement fût proposé pour les avarie. Très déçu de cette entreprise, cette entreprise ne figure pas comme recommandable dans mon livre à moi. We did business with Avivia kitchen for the cabinets in our new home. The interaction with the company representative was correct. After several weeks of delay, we order the cabinets. The installation begins to be performed by a disrespectful subcontractor. Given the delay in the production of the cabinets, we had to install the ceramic on the floor to reduce the delay as much as possible. The gentleman took the time to remove the covers that protected the ceramic on the floor to make visible scratches on the tiles around the work ,,,, in addition, part of the furniture was stored in the garage, the gentleman has did the cutting inside the garage ,,,, imagine mdf dust in a closed place ,,,,,, we had to wait months to receive the back of the cabinets which was never cut according to the cabinet measurements in place. No compensation was offered for the damage. Very disappointed with this company, this company does not appear as recommendable in my book to me.

Le hic, c'est le manque de communication au niveau des suivis et des retours d'appel. Pour ce qui est du service a la clientele, ils ont tout fait pour que nous soyons contents des produits choisis. Nous sommes très heureux de notre cuisine fonctionnelle. C'est dont agréable d'y faire a manger. Un gros Merci Avivia d'avoir respecter votre échéancier malgré la situation de la covid et d'avoir règle des petits imprévus de finition pour que le tout soit finalise a notre plus grand bonheur. Au plaisir d'y retourner pour faire de nouveaux achats. We are very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets, the assembly and they were able to meet our needs. The problem is the lack of communication in terms of follow-ups and call returns. As for customer service, they did everything to make us happy with the products chosen. We are very happy with our functional kitchen. It's nice to cook there. A big thank you Avivia for respecting your deadline despite the covid situation and for having dealt with small unforeseen finishing touches so that everything is finalized to our greatest happiness. Mais le service après vente est déplorable. Nous attendons des pièces manquantes depuis plusieurs mois (1 tiroir, 1 porte, 1 poignée, 1 fixation, rien de bien problématique à envoyer, surtout quand c'est un oubli de leur part)! Aucun suivi digne de ce nom! Ils vous font payer d'avance, car ils savent qu'après ils n'arrivent pas à fournir! Lamentable! Après 2 mois et demi d'attente, nous avons reçu une porte, mais pas les accessoires manquants. Voir la couleur et la qualité de la porte. Encore un autre mois à attendre qu'ils nous répondent et un autre 2 mois pour recevoir de quoi. Si vous étiez aussi vite à répondre aux clients qu'aux commentaires en ligne, je vous aurais donné plus d'étoiles avec plaisir, mais ce n'est pas sérieux du tout. EDIT : après de nombreuses semaines d'attente, les pièces ont été livrées, il manquait encore un tiroir, mais leur technicien sur place a été capable d'en fabriquer un, après que je sois allé acheté une plaque de mélamine à la quincaillerie. Je rajoute une étoile. Quality cabinets, a concept in shared spots, a fair price, but the pre-sales communication is not terrible, it will have taken a lot of effort on our part to obtain an estimate and a plan that we could sign! But the after sales service is deplorable. We have been waiting for missing parts for several months (1 drawer, 1 door, 1 handle, 1 fixing, nothing really problematic to send, especially when it is an oversight on their part)! No follow-up worthy of the name! They make you pay upfront because they know after they can't deliver! Lamentable! After 2.5 months of waiting, we received a door, but not the missing accessories. See the color and quality of the door. Another month to wait for them to answer us and another 2 months to receive anything. If you were as quick to respond to customers as you are to online reviews, I would have gladly given you more stars, but that's not serious at all. EDIT: after many weeks of waiting, the parts were delivered, still missing a drawer, but their technician on site was able to make one, after I went to buy a melamine plate from the hardware store. I add a star.
