★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sure do love working in a building where the elevator constantly breaks, it smells like sewage all the time, the sidewalk is littered with the same homeless people who beg for my money every time i walk by them, and there are only 4 toilets for the 250 guys that are in the building. It's super great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome building restored beautifully to 1930s. Great businesses occupy this building. Property Manager from ICR runs it perfectly. The cleaning staff (Expert Building Care) do an incredible job. Just love this building!
